People are strange when they criticise you they are very sarcastic about it. Why go around in circles and criticise how people do their work. Everyone learns differently, there is no right or wrong in their learning. Appreciate what they have done to get themselves into a position that they earned. They obtained this position from the Managers and the people of the Company, and not from you the accuser and criticiser. How do you handle this situation? What doesn't kill you makes you stronger- as what kelly clarkson will say in her lyrics. Sometimes people put you down by being really sarcastic don't let these comments put you down on your learning and your achievements. Because you are amazing you have talent always keep that in mind. There will always be people like that out there. Debrief about it with someone you trust, work colleague- this does not mean bitching about it. I've been listening to so many problems with men not commiting. Men are afraid of commitment. Men playing around with women's hearts. Why do they do that? Why do they seek so much attention, and vice versa.
